Battlefield Farms Inc., is dedicated to glorifying God, to bring honor to His name, and to reflect His character in our work and deeds. We strive to show this in our dealing with the people we come in contact, by helping the less fortunate in our community, and in our outreach to third world countries.
We are celebrating 25 years of Battlefield Farms! Thanks to all of those who have supported us over the years. We are looking forward to the next 25! Check out the video of our celebration by clicking on the 25 Year Logo!
These beautiful handmade waxt amaryllis bulbs from Holland are certain to brighten up the holiday! The Waxt Bulb is maintenance free, requiring no water. You simply place on your window sill, your holiday day table, or wherever you want to spread the Christmas spirit and enjoy the multiple bloom cycles for weeks. As the blooms die, cut the stem at the base to allow the energy to focus on remaining stalks. After, the 3 – 6 week bloom cycle, you may discard the bulb. We’ve had reports that some have removed the wax and planted in soil – give it a try and you may have a nice surprise next year.
Another popular flower popping out during the Christmas Season. Even though they are called a cactus, the house plants thrive on cooler temperatures, so make sure you keep them away from heat sources in your home. This flower is native to Brazil and loves to be in a sunny location to keep the blooms longer. If taken care of properly, this flower can last 20 – 30 years – what a great gift idea!!
The star of the Christmas Season! The poinsettia is the main crop grown at the farm this time of year. This plant, native to Mexico, can grow to be 12 feet tall in tropical conditions. The most popular color is red, however, you can also find them in shades of pink, white, jingle bell, marble and more. There’s many color selections to choose to decorate your house for the Christmas Holiday!
