Battlefield Farms Inc., is dedicated to glorifying God, to bring honor to His name, and to reflect His character in our work and deeds. We strive to show this in our dealing with the people we come in contact, by helping the less fortunate in our community, and in our outreach to third world countries.
We celebrated 25 years of Battlefield Farms in 2015! Thanks to all of those who have supported us over the years. We are looking forward to the next 25! Check out the video of our celebration by clicking on the 25 Year Logo!
The first flower of the New Year. These little beauties are a great transition flower from the poinsettias and leading into Spring. They bring a burst of color into your home! While indoors, your primrose will need bright light and to be kept moist. The cheery little flowers will certainly help chase away the dreary winter blues while you patiently wait for the warmer weather .
The luck of the Irish! The Shamrock (Oxalis) is a popular potted plant used to decorate for and celebrate St. Patricks’s Day. The leaves of the Shamrock come in a range of shades and the delicate flowers bloom off and on throughout Spring. The clover shaped leaves are believed to bring you luck – they fold up in the dark and open with the return of light. Another great indoor flower to bright your home with waiting for Spring.
Our bulb crops come in a variety of sizes and colors. The bulbs come out of our coolers, to our greenhouse, to the stores. These will carry us through to the middle of March when we start shipping pansies. They provide some of the most dramatic color with very little effort and are great planted in our landscape as well as container gardening – a great way to add a splash of color to your front porch!
